Per a la resolució de qualsevol conflicte que pogués derivar-se de l’accés al Portal, l’Usuari i el Titular en renúncia expressa a qualsevol altre a fer, es sotmetran expressament als Jutjats i Tribunals de la ciutat del domicili del Titular del Portal.
